The Halifax International Busker Festival is an annual event and is held every August across Halifax's beautiful downtown. It features world's top street performing artists that will surely entertain the crowd.
This was my first time to join this festival so was very excited. The festival will last up to 6 days so I believe we went there twice so you may see pictures of us in different clothes. We went to the Alderney Landing, parked the car and took the ferry to the Halifax Waterfront where the fun is located. I suggest you do the same as parking is difficult during this festival. The weather was perfect! Not to cold and not to warm! However, it can get chilly in the waterfront at night so just bring a cardigan.
Just as we approached Halifax Waterfront, there were a lot of people and several performers. People were clearly enjoying the presentations.
I would recommend bringing cash not just for food but also to also give something to performers if you enjoyed their performances.
If I can remember, this guy in the photo on the left came all the way from Australia just to perform in the Halifax Busker's festival. He is awesome!
We also went to the "peryahan" section (funfair). We played a few games for a bit and also tried the rides.
After that, we walked along the waterfront and just took pictures. We took the ferry again back to Alderney Landing and went home.

I'll end this blog with this quote "Summer is short in Canada, so go out and explore!"
